Bratton Mill Tariff and Terms.

 Self-catering
from £325 to £795 for 7 nights

The Farmhouse, Bed & Breakfast
from £95 for two per night
to include tea on arrival and a full Devonshire breakfast or vegetarian alternative

The Folly, Bed & continental Breakfast 
£125 for two per night

For self catering a 25% deposit is payable to confirm the booking with the balance payable eight weeks before arrival.   We recommend holiday insurance.  

For bed and breakfast, a deposit for one night is payable to confirm the booking with the balance payable on or before departure.

Payments by sterling cheque, bank to bank transfer or cash.   We have no facilities for credit/debit cards.

Cheques payable to Mrs M Jacobs Holloway and sent to Bratton Mill.

Payments are non refundable in the event of cancellation unless the accommodation is re-booked.   An administration fee will be charged.   In the event of cancellation after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be carried forward to another date, less the administration charge.

For bed and breakfast bookings cancelled within one week of arrival the full amount will be payable unless the accommodation is re-booked. 

Arrivals:
from 4pm – if after 6pm, please advise

Departures:
by 10am for self catering guests
by 10am for bed and breakfast guests

Guests causing  damage, including accidental damage,
will be charged for its replacement or repair.
