Bratton Mill is open all year for high-quality, quiet, rural holiday accommodation with traditional attentive service, located in the South-West of the United Kingdom.

Self-catering, and bed and breakfast holiday accommodation, in a restored 17th Century former flour mill, located near the Exmoor village of Bratton Fleming, near to the north and west coast of Devon, England.

Bratton Mill is next to a trout stream, in a quiet location of 11 hectares of garden, woodland and pasture.

Bratton Mill Folly is luxury self-catering, or bed and breakfast. It is completely private with a King George II antique four-poster double bed.  The bedroom opens onto a large garden next to the stream. There is a beautiful bathroom and well-equipped studio-kitchen. You will be welcomed with flowers and complimentary Cava wine.

Bratton Mill Cottage is self-catering, and is fully equipped with heating, kitchen / dining room, sitting room, 2 bathrooms, a double bedroom, and twin bed bedroom, for up to 4 guests. We can supply a baby cot and high chair. The sitting room has a wood log burner. The garden is by the stream and has a picnic table and barbeque, and is perfect for families with children, and dogs. You will be welcomed with a complimentary hamper of food and wine, and fresh flowers.

Bratton Mill Farmhouse is bed and breakfast. Breakfast is traditional local Devon food. You will be welcomed with tea and cake, or evening drink on arrival.

All Bratton Mill accommodation includes natural spring water, electricity, heating, towels and other basic household supplies, as well as television and radio. Mobile cell telephones do not work at Bratton Mill. We do have telephones, and wireless Internet access in all our accommodation.

Dogs and children are welcome, and will enjoy the countryside location of Bratton Mill, and the many walks in great scenery, direct from the front door.
